Mushroom Subscription
Beginning Spring 2008, Wakarusa Vallay Farm mushrooms will be paired with choice wild mushrooms from the Pacific Northwest and distributed at The Casbah Market in downtown Lawrence. Subscribers will enjoy a mixed bag of diverse mushroom species including Shiitake, Oyster, Black Poplar, Pom-Pom, Chanterelle, Lobster, Morel, Porcini, Matsutake, Hedgehog, Wine Cap, and Maitake all provided on a seasonal basis. $18/bag weekly or bi-weekly.
